Recently, the Wuzhou Century Cultural and Creative Center project undertaken by CICO has another good news: won the "2019 Three Gorges Cup Quality Structural Engineering Award"
The Wuzhou Century Cultural and Creative Center project is located at Tanzikou at the intersection of Yangjiu Road and North-South Avenue at the entrance of the peninsula. It is a cultural landmark building in Jiulongpo District. The project has a structure height of 99.5 meters and a total area of 21,000 square meters, with a construction area of 91,777 square meters, 52,500 square meters above ground and 38,800 square meters underground. It consists of a high-rise (24-story) tower, a commercial podium (3 floors) and an underground garage (3 floors). The project officially started in September 2018 and has now entered the curtain wall construction stage.
It is believed that the Wuzhou Century Cultural and Creative Center project has won many honors such as the Chongqing Dust Control Demonstration Site, Chongqing "BIM Smart Site", and the Second Prize of Chongqing Engineering Construction Quality Management Team. The QC team of the project has won the "2019 Chongqing Construction Industry Association Engineering Construction Excellent Quality Management Team", and its achievement "BIM modeling technology to improve the construction positioning accuracy of special-shaped beam and slab structure" won the first prize, and "improved the construction qualification of steel concrete beams" won the second prize. (Photo and text: Chen Bo)
