Chongqing Transportation Engineering Supervision and Consulting Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") was established in July 1997, a large state-owned enterprise (solely invested by a legal person) under Chongqing International Construction Co., Ltd. (affiliated to Chongqing City Transportation Development & Investment Group Co., Ltd). With a registered capital of 10.51 million yuan, it has an independent legal personality.

The company's business scope covers: supervision of various types of highways, bridges, tunnels, mechanical and electrical projects, highway testing and inspection, housing construction and municipal supervision, project management, project construction agency, whole-process consulting, engineering technology consulting, overseas project supervision, engineering science and technology research and development, and promotion.

The company is one of the first enterprises to obtain the Grade A supervision qualification of the Ministry of Transport. It currently holds various supervision qualifications such as "Grade A Highway Engineering," "Special Grade for Highway Electromechanical Engineering," "Grade A Municipal Engineering Supervision," and "Grade A Housing Construction Engineering Supervision," as well as a comprehensive Grade B qualification for highway engineering testing and inspection. It has passed ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification, ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system certification, and ISO 27001:2022 information security management system certification. Among them, the completed supervision mileage of expressways is over 4,350 kilometers, and it has participated in the supervision of international investment expressway projects of 372km.
